The host guarantees physical localization of the production servers allocated to the Service within the European Union, specifically in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

4. Intellectual Property

The general structure of the Platform, as well as the software, algorithms, graphical interfaces, texts, animated or still images, expertise, and all other elements making up the site, are the exclusive property of the company beReferenced.

Any total or partial representation of this Platform by any person whatsoever, without the express authorization of beReferenced, is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by articles L. 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

5. Protection of Personal Data and Trackers (Cookies)

beReferenced is committed to ensuring that the collection and processing of your data comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.
